Exchanges can be requested by completing checkout within 5 calendar days after your Edit is received. If the item is available, you will see the option and be able to choose whether you want to purchase, return or exchange it. If the exchange option does not pop up, it means that we do not have the item available in additional sizes.
We offer exchanges for:
- Different sizes of items received in your Edit
- Replacements for damaged items
We do not offer exchanges for:
- Different colors
- Different styles
