The option to exchange is available during the checkout process, which can be accessed from your Plans page. If that item is available in other sizes, you will see exchange listed as an option for it. If the exchange option does not pop up, it means that we do not have the item available in additional sizes.
Your styling fee is applied to exchange purchases, and exchanges also count towards your total number of items. (You’ll receive a 20% discount if you purchase 5 or more pieces.) Replacement(s) ship in 1-3 business days.
