- Visit your Plans page.
- Under your Order Frequency, click the pencil-shaped tool.
- Select 'Cancel.'
- Follow the prompts to update your account settings.
- Repeat for each type of Edit if necessary—Style, Active, Sleep & Body, and Men's Active Plans all operate separately.
That's it—there's nothing else you need to do to cancel or close your account. No new orders will be placed once a plan has been canceled.
If we've already started your next Edit, please be aware that canceling automatic shipments does not cancel pending orders. If you'd like to cancel an Edit that's in progress, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help stop your shipment. Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped.
