Returning unwanted items can be done in a few easy steps! A prepaid return bag is included in every Edit.
- Check out from your Plans page. Make sure to leave feedback for your stylist so they can make your next Edit an even better fit for you!
- Neatly place any return items inside the included prepaid return bag.
- Choose your carrier! We've sent you both USPS and UPS return labels. If you are happy with the carrier already on the prepaid envelope, simply complete your return. Want to switch? The alternative carrier label is on the back of your order details. Simply stick it directly over the label on the front of your return envelope.*
- Drop off your return envelope at your local Post Office or UPS Store. Or schedule a free pickup!
We do not recommend returning your bag through third-party shippers or in stand-alone Post Office mailboxes. This can cause delays and we would never want to bill you incorrectly for items you didn't keep.
If you need more time to mail your return, you can add a one-time, 3-day extension on your Plans page. Still need more time? Contact us and we'll be happy to adjust your order due date.
*Please note that customers with APO, AFO, FPO, DPO, Guam, Virgin Islands, American Samoa or Alaska addresses are not eligible for UPS returns.
