Step 1: Ask the recipient to double-check their spam folder and promotions first, in case it was filtered out of the inbox.
Step 2: If they still can’t find their gift, contact us so we can verify their email address and resend the gift email.
Step 3: Once their email is verified, navigate to the Gifts tab
Step 4: Select the hyperlink under Received Gifts to go to the gift order details
Step 5: The order details will show you if the gift has been redeemed (read) or not redeemed (sent).
If the gift has been redeemed (read), this means the customer has loaded it into their account and it is ready to be used on their next purchase.
If the gift has not been redeemed (sent) and you've already prompted them to check their inbox/spam/junk, the direct URL link can be sent as a last resort
Do NOT navigate to or share with anyone other than the recipient.
